Leo J. Maloney - Producer
Leo was born and raised in Massachusetts, and has had
a 40 year Career in both the public and private sectors of law enforcement. He
has also owned and operated a promotions firm, limousine company, and an
antique /classic car brokerage firm. While working undercover and on covert
black-ops missions, he was unknowningly gaining experience as an actor.
In 2008 Leo made his acting debut in Wild Beagle Productions mystery
thriller 27 Down as Capt. Flynn Chief of Detectives on the Boston PD. He
also served as a technical advisor during the filming. Since his acting debut
Leo has appeared in several films as a police detective. He has recently had a
lead role in the Bugar Films movie, Revenge, as Special Agent Garnell of
the Boston FBI office. Revenge is due out in the spring of 2010.
Leo
produced the Red Carpet World Premiere event for 27 Down as well as a
DVD of the event. Leo developed a strong friendship with both Director John
Depew and Executive Producer Judy Coleman and they asked him to join the Wild
Beagle Productions team as a Producer on their latest film CO2, where Leo
worked closely with John and Judy learning the business from behind the camera.
Leo's organizational skills and background in Promotions & Public
Relations should be an asset to the Company. Leo is also in the midst of
writing his first mystery thriller novel. "Termination Order" which should be
hitting book stores in the fall of 2010
